Outstanding patient care and customer service at all levels! As a First Responder for one of the busiest Fire Departments in the world, my eyesight is of utmost importance. I can honestly say that I put my absolute trust in the folks at the Santa Ana Office of The Tayani Institute. From the second I walked into the front desk, I was greeted and checked-in by Yer and her courteous and warm staff. I never waited more than 2 minutes for anything. I was also personally greeted by Dr. Tran. I was immediately taken back for my preliminary evaluation by an intern named Maneet who performed as if she was a veteran optometrist... fast but thorough. Within 10 minutes, I was seen by Dr Tran. Most Doctors move you along because of the number of patients they have scheduled that day. This was hardly the case. Dr. Tran methodically touched on a lot of issues I had not considered and made my appointment beyond personal than I could have imagined; as it should be. She also offered suggestions and very good recommendations. After that, I sat down with the optical department for help with my glasses. Linda was so patient and accommodating. She was able to design the perfect pair based on my appointment with Dr. Tran while also optimizing all my insurance benefits and saving me a lot of money. Let's not forget about Luis. He is the on-staff lens crafter and it is possible to get your glasses, the way you want it, in minutes. My experience and appointment was nothing short of exceptional. This is not just a place to get an eye exam.
