Great customer service. Went in to buy myself a phone after my iPhone XR’s screen cracked and came out with an upgrade at such an affordable price! Kinda wish I hadn’t spent so much over the years trying to repair the old one and just did the switch.

I have had My Metro phone for 2 yrs and asked to unlock it but after 30days of customer service they couldn't even unlock it. I have my original phone that was unlocked and all they did was take the computer and exchanged the inside. Now my new phone is unlocked. Thank you so much
