Another customer called after seeing an ad and gave an address, and a nice man came out to inspect a leaky roof and explained the leak that was causing issues in the kitchen. A customer had a wonderful experience with the company's roofing skills, calling its efficiency off the charts and its ability to get things done at a good rate a 10, and thanked the company for its awesome customer care. Another customer said a worker came out to inspect and estimate the next day, messaged a time window, and showed up right on time. The worker helped use a hose to verify where exactly the leak was coming from, climbed on the roof to do a visual inspection, and was very transparent and thorough. He explained the issue was probably from missing stucco and not the roof itself since the roof was in pretty good shape. He was knowledgeable, honest, and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He did not try to upsell a full roof replacement that was not needed, and instead helped find and fix the leak. Customers highly recommend the company for any kind of leak or other roof issues, saying they know exactly what they are doing, and will spread the word.
