We have use SoCal Flood Restoration & Design... twice. They are that good. Our first experience was after the bathroom, vanity, and bedroom of our townhome was flooded from a slab-leak from our neighbor's property. They managed everything with a fully transparent process. Refreshing. After they arranged for asbestos testing, dry-out and remediation, they worked with my wife to develop the remodel. They then installed new flooring cabinetry, bathroom plumbing, wall texture and painting, electrical... everything. Just as she wanted it. And no surprises.
