Pretty much what the others said. I really hate to speak poorly about someone’s small business, but I don’t want anyone else to have the experience I did. Her energy and attitude is terrible. I sent photos of my locs ahead of time and when I got there she said this was more work than she realized when she quoted me. I ended up paying more because I was in a bind to get my hair done (she did not respond to my texts to confirm my appointment the day before so we had to reschedule). The whole experience was weird. She made me feel uncomfortable and like she didn’t want to be there. My locs are messed up less than a few weeks later. Just not good.

If I could give zero stars I would. This woman is extremely rude and I see it with children customers. She should never do children's hair. Her whole vibe from beginning to end was nasty. It took everything in me to not cuss her out, take my baby and walk out. She will never get a dime, recommendation or anything from me again. She complains if you move your head just a bit, meanwhile she's yanking at it so of course they are going to move, kept shaking her head in disgust while combing out my baby's head and when you greet her with a smile she just looks at you. My baby absolutely hated their hair. Quickly deleted her number out my phone. Lady don't even respond to me. Your whole vibe is trash. Stop working if ppl annoy you this much.

Do NOT BOOK HERE!!!I should have read the reviews before I booked.Visiting California, Booked an appt for my 2 year old to get 4 braids, he always gets braids with no issue. He cried every time she pulled on his scalp rough, but when I asked her to ease up, she became nasty, we left. I asked her a few times if everything was okay because she seemed super annoyed. We left. The Customer service was horrendous, I especially seeing it was a child.
