One phone call to Monique, and I knew it was going to be handled with professionalism and empathy. Rene responded and was able to demystify the entire process and reassure us. Luis and Claudio removed the ceiling and placed the equipment, sealing everything off and showing respect and concern for our home. The entire experience was made bearable by these professionals.
