I had a very negative experience with this towing company. My vehicle was towed from a shopping center after being parked for about an hour. When I arrived, I was charged approximately $500 to release my car.
The process felt rushed and stressful, and I was not given clear explanations of the fees before being required to pay. I also felt pressured during the release process, with limited time to review documents.
The total cost for such a short period of time felt excessive, and I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a review of the charges.

Friend was gone for 20 minutes, her car was in the CVS parking lot and 6 towing trucks wiped the parking lot taking multiple cars. We made it to the lot and the car wasn't in there for an hour and cost 600 dollars to get it out.
