My fiancee's Bates tac boots had the soles disintegrating on both. Took them to several places who said impossible to repair. Took them here, they were not only resoled in 3 weeks, as promised, the finished product looked better than they did when they were new!

My before and after photos. I met Robert after speaking to one of his staff. I've had these shoes for two years of daily wear. Now, I feel like I just bought a new pair for half the price. They replaced the heel and sole. If you look at the tips from the before pictures you can see the leather was worn through, not anymore! Definitely recommend.
