Excellent service with knowledgeable staff. Todd is on time and shows you about the termites and other pests in your home. He also helps identify problems with outside fences.Gary is so excellent on all counts. He was right on time and is so knowledgeable and effective.He identified all of the termite areas and applied the termite poison very carefully.After applying the materials to stop the termites, he cleaned up all of the termite droppings and even cleaned up all the floors, lights and bathroom. A first contact at a company is extremely important. I felt incredibly lucky to encounter Kellie Snyder when I called today to find out just how Road Runner's exterminating services could address some specific issues at my home. Kellie was absolutely wonderful. She was SO thorough and helpful and complete in her explanation of their services in terms of what I needed, I felt completely taken care of. She went above and beyond --- and the service fee includes much more than I thought it would! I also have very high praise for TODD, who came to assess a different pest situation which is covered by my my HOA. Todd is an absolute master and always explains things exceptionally well and gives me a reality check as to how things can be handled. Plus a shout out to Gary, who works so hard and goes above and beyond to address issues and find good solutions. When you are looking for a solution to a problem, it is a godsend when somebody will go the extra mile. This is a very quality company. I have used them for years through my HOA and now when I need them privately, they are going to come through also. That is very reassuring.Thank you, Road Runner!
Roadrunner did a great job inspecting and fixing some areas that needed replacement due to termite & dry rot damage on a new home we purchased. Quality work and great communication, even through a misstep that was corrected the next day. Great job and would recommend
