It was my first time testing and I was getting frustrated with one of the questions. Jake or Jacob was really polite and helped me and was very patient. He had a smile and called me ma'am. Also noticed that he and the female he was working with have good chemistry. They talked and seen them laughing together. Don't know if it's by design but great working pair. Thank you a great experience and hopefully I'll be seen them soon. 10/10
Perfect 10's for you Pedro! Pedro is a phenomenal asset to the P&K Research team. He always screens me beforehand and is incredibly professional, courteous, and kind throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the care and respect he brings to his work. Thank you, Pedro, for everything you do—you are greatly appreciated!
I would like to give a shoutout to Pedro he doesn't get a lot of credit for giving me and other surveys so I have never done this before but I'm not afraid to say it he deserves a lot of credit we need more people like him. Thank You Pedro and continue to still be around success is the key.
