Nolan came out inspected and listened to the noise coming from the water heater. There was a popping kind of noise. After he explained everything, I decided to replace it before there was a total breakdown of the water heater, which can lead to property damage of the home etc. Nolan did a great job, and has friendly communication style. Nolan also replaced a leaking hose bid. Orange Coast Plumbing and their plumbers are reliable.
