I had requested a notary service and paid, while I haven't received the document after 3 business days after payment had gone through on my banks end. The document that was to be notarized is time sensitive, and I had less than a week to get it. Like I said, it is understandable that she is busy, just is not helpful that I'm unable to get ahold of her via phone, and there's been no response to my emails.
