“As much as I want to leave a positive review, it has been very difficult. I do understand that Yvonne is normally very professional, and I don't fault her for being well recommended and booked. I had requested a notary service and paid, while I haven't received the document after 3 business days after payment had gone through on my banks end. The document that was to be notarized is time sensitive, and I had less than a week to get it. Like I said, it is understandable that she is busy, just is not helpful that I'm unable to get ahold of her via phone, and there's been no response to my emails. Update: it looks like our time was unfortunately misaligned. To where it made it hard to contact each other. I do appreciate that Yvonne was able to get back to me as soon as she was able to get back in contact.“
