North Tustin Avenue Optometric Center is a family-friendly eye care practice in Santa Ana, CA. The doctor and staff are kind, helpful, and enthusiastic to assist. The atmosphere is very calming and the eye appointment experience is easy. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. The doctor is very thorough with exams and takes the time to explain things clearly. Everyone is pleasant and easy to talk to. The office uses up to date equipment to test eyes in many ways. The doctor thoroughly explains all test results and patiently answers questions. The prescription glasses, including progressive lenses, have been amazing. This office is highly recommended for a very positive experience in eye care and excellent service and quality eye care.
We’ve been going to North Tustin Avenue Optometric Center for more than 20 years and have always had excellent service. The staff are super nice and helpful; Jody has been there as long as we’ve been going and this last time we met Lorena (optician), who was also very professional and answered all of our questions. We used to see Dr. Nakasone and after he retired we’ve been seeing Dr. Hsieh. The examination process is very thorough and everything is explained in detail.
