This is an update review from 2 years ago. I've been a client on the biweekly schedule with Annie and her coworker for over a year. A few things that have stood out over the years:+ Communication has always been great. I get a text notifying me when the cleaning crew is on the way and when to expect them. Whenever I reach out via text, I've always received prompt responses.+ Annie has been friendly and professional since the first day. Did my research & found this company to be the best fit for my move-out cleaning. I priced around during my research & price seemed to be reasonable & the cleaning service was what I was hoping for, they did a great job !I would use the service again. They were very thorough & communicated well. As cleaning was being done they asked me to check certain areas to ensure all was acceptable, if I noticed anything that was accidentally missed, I let them know & they had a great attitude & acknowledged it, & handled it.They worked hard & efficiently & got the job completed in a timely manner. I booked a cleaning with Maid In Orange and I was incredibly impressed! Annie was incredible and extremely thorough. She made me feel so comfortable and heard with any request I made. Plus, she was so sweet to my fur babies. On top of that, she single-handedly made my entire home SPARKLE! My home feels lighter! I can't thank her and Maid In Orange enough. I am so happy with the results!The price was well worth it, the booking process was very simple, and the response time was very fast.
