Long story short, they do not provide what you pay for and then they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never use this service.

They are fake. Not even a real business. The phone number is a personal number not related to any flower shop. If you go to the location, it's a doctors office. They will take your money and be gone. Do not order from this place. Total scam.
