We go here every time we need haircuts and will continue to do so as long as we can. The stylists were amazing with my whole families haircuts as always! And the lady who did my son’s hair was PHENOMENAL with dealing with a very upset and uncomfortable toddler who did NOT want the clippers near him. She was super patient and accommodating; and was able to get the cut done quickly and efficiently.

5 people waiting, 4 attendants, and only one person cutting hair the others in break or I don't know, they didn't even acknowledge customers, well actually was just 1 person in the entrance,she didn't even greet or anything just looking like what? Whatever my husban cut his hair I didn't, I decided not on top of the rudeness we have to wait because they were eating!!! Is my first time so I didn't like vibes.

I don't understand bad reviews for this location. Place is located in busy shopping center and at first had my doubts since walking in all youbsee are men's posters on wall for different fades and nothing for women. I did see some wen getting a haircut and assumed I would be helped after name was called. CASH is preferable. I cannot say I was disappointed but I was relieved the lady cut my hair short. I had terrible ends after dying it last year and bleaching on top of it. Not a fan of short hair but I did tell stylist I wanted it even, it turned out great. It is shorter but stylist was honest about the damage I had made to my hair considering how fine and straight it is. I have to take vitamins for a year to grow it back the way it was, but realistically will not be the same. Still love my new haircut.
