This place is literally, an ambulance chaser! We received numerous phone calls after being discharged from the hospital. They said the attending physician requested that we receive OT, PT, and a home health nurse. What a crock of S#i+!! The woman that answered the phone was very rude and dismissive. After speaking to them I would NEVER use this company for any type of medical services!!
The people they send to your house are good. But if you have to call their office to inquire about an issue, be prepared to be talked to like you're a royal pain. "Kindness" should be removed from the company name. I was told curtly not to call again if I'm going to be asking about the same issue
In regards to fletcher creel that is not 100% accurate .. Offices must explain In depth as to why they can't continue any type of care . In your case it sounds like you didn't perceive the message clearly and u provoked the personally. Home health are classified as intermittent meaning NOT LONG TERM so the referring physicians will submit Auth not knowing Medicare guidelines. It is a necessity or conveyance? They need Out patient rehab ..after sessions are completed and patient is discharged by the physical therapist .. so u should know there name
