Sam and Alicia took incredible care in cleaning and preserving my wedding dress and veil. They are both such wonderful people, and Sam went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process. He even texted me a video after the dress’s first round of cleaning so I could see how it was progressing!
My dress was especially delicate and complicated to clean. It was made entirely of embroidered and sequined lace, with five layers of tulle, a satin underskirt, a boned bodice, molded cups, and an illusion-lace neckline decorated with custom sequined flowers. I had a great experience at Key Cleaners! The staff was amazing and friendly. They were able to completely remove multiple stains from my shirt for only $7 which I was really impressed with. They also finished everything quickly and kept me updated throughout the process.Great service, great prices, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
