Used this company as a service call through AAA. They were the only ones who could figure out how to tow my car out of a parking spot and then I was driven home for three hours on 405 Friday afternoon traffic. I believe the drivers name was John, but not entirely sure. Anyways, the experience was great and would highly recommend this company.

The shift knob popped off of my 2000 Honda Accord EX Sedan 4D. I couldn't find the pieces that were necessary to fix it myself so I called AAA to have a tow company bring it to the dealership. Raul showed up with the tow truck and told me if I could put the car into neutral. I told him I couldn't move or change the car gear to neutral because the shift knob is missing to change gears. "I will fix issue right here", he said. He takes a flat head and presses the gear-push button down to change gears and puts the car into reverse and moves the car from the garage to the driveway and puts the car into neutral.
