After waiting almost six hours for another towing company to arrive (Zorros Towing LLC), I had to cancel the request through my roadside agent. John’s Towing was contracted and I was immediately called by their driver to assure me he would be arriving within an hour. He arrived as promised and even helped me jump my car to get it out of the garage. Very courteous and patient. I am very lucky that John’s Towing came to pick up my car to get a flat tire replaced 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this company!!!
Raul helped tow our car, he got here within 20 minutes like they said. He made jokes to help the stressful situation pass by faster, and he was very professional. It was cheap it was 75 to load the car and then 5 dollars each mile.
I called yesterday because I left the lights on and when try to turn on the car, it was dead. It was raining and Juan showed up exactly at the time he told me he would be there. He was very corteous and fiendly and professional. I'm very happy with my experience with John's Towing and I recommend it.Service: Battery
