After waiting almost six hours for another towing company to arrive (Zorros Towing LLC), I had to cancel the request through my roadside agent. John’s Towing was contracted and I was immediately called by their driver to assure me he would be arriving within an hour. He arrived as promised and even helped me jump my car to get it out of the garage. Very courteous and patient. I am very lucky that John’s Towing came to pick up my car to get a flat tire replaced 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this company!!!

Used this company as a service call through AAA. They were the only ones who could figure out how to tow my car out of a parking spot and then I was driven home for three hours on 405 Friday afternoon traffic. I believe the drivers name was John, but not entirely sure. Anyways, the experience was great and would highly recommend this company.

The shift knob popped off of my 2000 Honda Accord EX Sedan 4D. I couldn't find the pieces that were necessary to fix it myself so I called AAA to have a tow company bring it to the dealership. Raul showed up with the tow truck and told me if I could put the car into neutral. I told him I couldn't move or change the car gear to neutral because the shift knob is missing to change gears. "I will fix issue right here", he said. He takes a flat head and presses the gear-push button down to change gears and puts the car into reverse and moves the car from the garage to the driveway and puts the car into neutral. He says to me with a smile on his face, "I will fix the real problem now". I give him the parts from the knob that fell apart in a bag. I told him there was a missing piece. "No problem! It's in the car somewhere", he said to me. He moves the seats and finds "the piece" that was missing. Raul looking like a gunslinger from the wild west says, "time to get it fixed". After 20 minutes, he gets all pieces and screws them on. He tells me "alright, it is fixed. Go ahead and pull the car into the garage." I pull the car into the garage and put the car gear into park with nothing falling or popping out from the shift gear stick(including the knob and button from the knob). It wasn't entirely over the key would not come out of the ignition for turning the car off. I go get Raul who is next to his tow truck and I tell him what happened. He says "Ah, easy fix!". It turned out the metallic chisel piece that is used to press the shift gear down to change the gears was in the opposite direction. That caused the key to not turn completely off and not be removed from the ignition. He fixed it all up and said "Good to go sir. No need to bring it to the dealer. I fixed it all up here." He goes back to his tow truck and fills out paperwork and then drives off with cowboy music playing in the background. The End. Thank you again Raul from John's Towing & Transfer Service!
