t's been about 3 months since Hometime installed our automated solar shades throughout our house. We couldn't be more pleased with how they look and operate and wanted to take the time to thank the super staff members who helped us. First, there was our salesman Brian, who gave us lots of time and information that led us to select this kind of window covering. Then there was the installation team of Christian and Leo, who arrived on schedule, took great care in hanging and testing the blinds, and showing us how to operate them. We will be recommending Hometime to anyone interested in exploring the possibilities for new window coverings that can transform their homes.
Enrique, Christian and Brian were a delight to work with. They ensured our door was installed correctly, answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. Brian facilitated the order and gave updates for the door as it took 6 weeks between the contract signing and install. Once it came, Christian and Enrique arrived early in the morning to begin the install. They set up plastic covers in the living room and did their best to keep the room clear of dust.
We had to pause midway through because the header needed to be replaced by another contractor but in the meantime, they set up plywood to protect the opening. Once it was fixed, they installed the door promptly!
After a long, seemingly never ending quest to find a good company to replace my windows, I'm so glad I reached out to Hometime Windows & Doors. I was able to schedule an estimate easily online. Once Dylan, our sales representative, came by to provide an estimate, he blew every other company I quoted out of the water. He listened to all my needs for each window needing to be replaced & answered all questions I had (& I had many). He even went above and beyond by educating me through glass & vinyl samples and props for demonstrations. He also was able to provide the estimate on the spot.
