Family Nails is a family-owned and operated beauty salon specializing in nail care. After serving the residents of Santa Ana for over fifteen years at their original location, they relocated to a larger, brighter space in 2019 to better meet customer needs. The business remains dedicated to providing excellent service in a clean, organized, and friendly environment. The salon has grown from a small shop into a bigger, newer place where staff is always friendly and tends to run on time, even during busy seasons like holidays. Customers appreciate the combination of long-time and new technicians, with favorites such as Lannie, Bella, and Cindy, who take their time and do a good job without rushing. The staff also offers waxing services, and parking is usually easy to find. Prices are reasonable, and many customers found the prices affordable for quick services like pedicures. Staff is always friendly and normally run on time though it gets pretty busy at times, especially during the holidays (like most salons). They have a combination of long time and new technicians. I like to use Lannie, Bella and Cindy. They take their time, don't rush and do a good job. They clean up before and after each client. They also offer waxing services. Parking is usually not a problem as I normally find a spot right away. Prices are reasonable.
I went in to get a quick pedicure, they had great customer service! The prices were great and affordable. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get a quick pedicure without breaking the bank :) (disclaimer: they are a CASH ONLY salon)
I got short black and white acrylics for my graduation a few months ago :) I'd never gotten acrylics before and I didn't want any but my mom really wanted me to get some so we went here. I was nervous at first but they made it easy and I was comfortable the whole time. I also liked the sound of the water flowing in the background, it was really relaxing. I was scared it might hurt but it didn't. The nail tech was very gentle and they came out so pretty!! Thank you!
