Tried to schedule an appointment and the person on the phone was so insanely rude today. And hung up on me TWICE! while i was super calm and didnt do anything? What kind of business is this?? ?

Horrible barber named Alfred or Al, worst haircut experience of my life. He didn't do a single thing I asked; I asked for a taper on the sides and a and a few inches off the top. I even showed him a picture of what my hair was previously and he did what he wanted with my hair chopping off almost all of it. I had beautiful curly hair that went to my shoulders now is a short spiky mess and he barely even touched the sides of my hair and didn't touch the back of my hair. Lastly no way in hell should this horrible haircut be worth almost $25. He should lose his barbers license immediately.
