The grooming quality seems above average. For the price, it's definitely not bad. As long as my dog comes home safe and without any injuries, I don’t mind if the haircut is a little less detailed. They trim the nails well and take good care of the basics like ears and anal glands.
This place is a hidden gem in Santa Ana. It is disguised as an old house without a store front, and without any obvious signage. I only took my Maltipoo here because of the reviews that I had read online. There prices are extremely low, so I thought that I would check it out. I was told to park in the back lot and call when I arrive. I was very skeptical to leave my dog because it seemed more like an abandoned house than a dog groomer. A very friendly Hispanic woman came out to greet us, saying she had been there for five years. I asked if I could go inside and check out behind the scenes. 10/10 recommend great job on a budget. Didn't have a problem with a last minute appointment. My dog who is aggressive and doesn't like any sort of haircut was the best. Didn't bite anyone and they were able to remove her muzzle.
