Great product, amazing customer service. They had an "internal computer programming error" and sent 17 individual items instead of 17 cases of these items, shorting my company 170 ornaments the first week of November (go-time in the retail world) - AND THEY FIXXED IT IN 3 DAYS. LeeRoy provides outrageous customer service. We'll be back for years to come. We support companies who work with customers. Dekra-Lite will be around for years to come.
