I had my first cryo- facial today and it was glorious. I've done cryotherapy prior, but the facial cryo experience was an entirely different level of tightening -- after two weeks of intense travel, and imbalance with my skin and body, this could not have been a more effective treat for my inflammation and puffiness. I can't thank cryo- spot enough for a warm experience, all the staff was professional, talented, and knowledgeable about each technique performed. I will be back and referring friends athletes, and clients alike!

The staff is super knowledgeable in regards to the services they provide. Josh one of the managers is excellent he works with his customers. He offers the best deals that's gonna work for that person. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Cryospot has cryp chamber based recovery and treatment which I was informed by the staff when I was there. I was initially there just for a treatment massage since I had some shoulder and knee problems but I was definitely blown away by how Thomas was able to help me with my muscles and joints and basically helped me recover a lot more efficiently. The massage was excellent and I recommend everyone with any athletic hobbies or any problems with muscles or joints. The cryo treatment was interesting but I definitely think it was more for athlete who do these things for a living. An experience for sure.
