Since the onset of Covid, I've worked from home, connected to my company and other employees via the internet. Actually, with the abundance of internet services via Webex, Skype, Zoom and others, we can connect meetings with companies across the country. But this requires sitting at my computer for hour after hour. This has taken a toll on my back and I need to get a back massage once, and sometimes twice a week.
