I went on Tuesday they says I was gonna start the next day but then I watch the 2 hour video he said he was gonna connected me Friday or Sunday so I could start Monday but I never got a call back .it’s sad how I read all the reviews it’s sad how this agency don’t really connect u about the job I hope they could do better with there service

Chartwell Staffing is the worst staffing agency in Orange County. They are not a true-school staffing service but a business front for the Klu Klux Klan. I sauntered into Chartwell back in October 2021. From then, to now, I've experienced racism, degradation, humiliation and starvation as a Chartwell temp to hire employee.To begin with, Chartwell is a seedy office located at 431 N. Tustin Ave, Santa Ana, Calif. Job seekers are invited inside to sit at a foldup table and a computer. They'll fill out an application but they'll really be giving the devil their personal information. Yes, the devil. And you'll be sent home to see in what form the devil shows himself to you. Or, you'll be sent on a job interview so someone from the syndicate can further sniff you. Or, Chartwell will send you to the devil's den.I was sent to the devil's den. Chartwell Staffing placed me at Stauffer's / Meiji in Santa Ana, Calif. Read this magazine's watchdog report about the racism, humiliation and degradation I endured at Stauffer's / Meiji: elitemensmag.com/stauffe…The racism and suffering I endured proves Chartwell Staffing does not stand up for their employees' rights when they are working on assignments.On May 26, 2023, I carefully drove out of Stauffer's / Meiji parking lot (Chartwell has an office at the Stauffer's Meiji plant) and a primed two-tone Honda Civic screeched to a stop inches from my car door. The driver was Hispanic. He signaled for me to roll my window down. I opened my car door and sidled out. "Your car! It's dragging something!" the driver yelled."Oh. Ok." I replied. I knew my car wasn't dragging anything. I looked under my car. Nothing was there. "This is how my car gets tampered with," I thought to myself.I get laid off and called back to work every week by Chartwell. When I return I park in Stauffer's / Meiji's parking lot but when it's time drive out my car won't work. Once my engine smoked on my drive home. My mechanic said someone twisted my radiator cap. Next my gears wouldn't stick. My mechanic asked if someone tugged the wires to my gearbox. Cars are not safe at Stauffer's / Meiji.After the vehicular assault on May 26, Chartwell employee Eric Reyes called me on my cell. I was driving but I answered. He told me I couldn't clock-in again until I gave him a statement about what happened.I asked if he saw the vehicular assault? Eric said no. So I talked about an occurrence from May 25. A coworker named Miguel Angel Gonzalez had been harassing me. He'd tell me to do ridiculous things. Tired of me ignoring him, he threw punches at my face and missed me by less than an inch. But Eric wasn't probing for that either. He said my team lead said I was an angry man throwing boxes in a rage and splattering their products on the floor. My lead lied. And I'm canceled until further notice.Chartwell Staffing is the worst staffing agency in Orange County.

Sorry, but you guys have not contacted me at all back, period. I applied for a job, and no go. I wouldn't recommend this place. Find another staffing agency that is able to communicate better. Check out my reviews. All legit.
