CRS is a Platinum Preferred Contractor for Owens Corning so they are able to offer a complete system that is backed by Owens Corning for 50 years including materials and labor/workmanship. I expected their quote to come out above other installers but to my surprise was still very competitive. I cross-referenced all of the proposals we received to ensure I didn't miss anything and if anything, CRS was one of the most complete. We passed our inspections with zero negative feedback from the inspectors and even a "It looks good!" at the final for the full job (first inspection was for sheathing and having the materials on-site).Do yourself a favor and have Certified Roofing...read full review

There are some home projects you only have to do once in your life. One of the biggest is getting a new roof. I knew NOTHING about roofing, so I consulted my good friend, Google... Consumer Reports gave Owens Corning roofing shingles (and their "Total Protection Roofing System") a good rating. I went to their web site, where they had a list of "Preferred Installers." Their "Platinum Preferred Installers" go through more training, have to achieve certain standards of workmanship, and are the only ones authorized to provide Owens Corning's best warranty. Super impressed and happy we went with CRS! Juan and his team were great! They showed up on time, worked great together, cleaned up the area after each work day, were thoughtful and responsive to our concerns and requests, and when they took their breaks, they were respectful of the neighborhood and the space. We were scheduled to get the roof done in August but they called and said their schedule opened and they could start the job two weeks early. We have them the go ahead. They began on Wednesday and finished on Saturday. They weren't the cheapest, but not the highest. Always make sure to get 3 or more quotes!
