the worst service provided by staff member yuri, very misleading , does not take sensitive situations serious. This person should not be working in a place where compassion and detalied staff is highly needed. Appointment setters are extremely un organized and inconsistent. These are our mental health you guys are messing with- and the lack of empathy is shocking and disgusting especially for a "Mental Health" facility

No email to start services. I did the initial intake with a man. He was very nice and took down my email to send me some consents forms. I have quite a long email but not complicated (my full name). I even spelled it out and from what I remember I don't think he repeated it to me. One week later and nothing was sent. I reached out again and spoke to a woman. She apologized said she would reach out to her team to get those consent forms over she also took down my email and did not confirm it. One week later again and nothing. I was told virtual services would start in a few days which I was really looking forward to... but if this is the bad communication I have in store I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

They don't follow through on what they say they'll do for you over and over. I was lied to at various points and one lady on staff was emotionally and verbally abusive with me. When I made a complaint about her, she treated me even worse and then I was rejected for standing up for myself and others. I have no idea how such an employee could work here. She's harming people, not helping them. I ended up with trauma and no help from this organization.
