“The service advisor, Eric Lopez, was very helpful, and still worked efficiently to get me out quickly. The car was done on time, and everything was taken care of. The technician even sent me a video of a walk around inspection showing and explaining what he had done.”
“Fausto is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I was frustrated about the damage to my wheel, but he immediately put me at ease. Less than two hours after I dropped off my car, he texted me to let me know the repair was complete. The service was fast, professional, and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend Fausto and Metalworks & Tire Place.”
