faster than Downtown but people there don’t care at all. The person at the Help Window literally said I can’t help you like if you got a job at a helpdesk shouldn’t you be trying anything you can to help someone?

I know it takes time to get in touch with them but be patient. There are amazing folks working at FTB. Shot out to Valery from team 1. I’ve never had a bad experience. Be polite, patient, and let them help you. Ps you can check wait times on their site.

I had an absolutely amazing experience.
I want to recognize Mrs Cecilia.
I walked In , no appointment. I never been there before and wsd very ignorant of the process. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful and scheduled me a same day appointment. I waited aprox 45 min. Went to downstairs to a coffee shop , I received a call to infome me Cecilia they were waiting for me. She realized I was a bit lost and waited for me by the elevator . Walked me inside and helped me with entire process. I was not fully prepared, but was able to guide me amd help resolve all matters.
Made all so extremely easy and efficient.
