Rhonda provided me with an informative and professional consultation during our initial call. She walked me through the entire process and requested that I take photos of my bathtub and explain the issue. Her team was able to quickly assess the situation and provide an estimate. I felt comfortable scheduling an appointment right over the phone. During the project, Brian, our technician, was equally professional and took the time to explain the steps he was going to take to resurface and regulate our tub. Although the initial estimate was for a two-day project, it ended up taking three days because Brian found mold and decided to remove it instead of just covering it up to save time. I am thrilled that Brian made this ethical decision and addressed the issue thoroughly. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project and the level of professionalism displayed by both Rhonda and Brian. We highly recommend their services. UPDATE: 7 months after getting our bathtub resurfaced, I started getting stains on my bathtub that I thought was the silicone pealing away. Nervous, i called Rhonda & explained the problem. After sending her photos, she scheduled Brian to come check it out. LUCKY FOR US, the stains we were experiencing were just hard water build up! Hahaha Brian cleaned our tub & brought it back to life. He gave me extra tips on how to deal with hard water surfaces & solved my worry problem! Our bathtub looks brand new again. Rhonda was the Admin Staff member who answered my questions, provided the quote and outlined the process. Dario, the Refinishing Tech, was punctual, explained the job to be done, identified & corrected any issues and did exemplary work refinishing my tubs.
