They book appointments constantly that require a doctor, but then send you to a nurse practitioner who can't help and tells you to make another appointment. They promise to call with results and never do.
Love the optometry department and love the dental. Dr. Relingo is by far the BEST. She listens, very personable, and and pulls teeth without any pain...lol.The rest of the facility and staff get thumbs down. The waits are way to long. Even after being called back, I've waited another 45 minutes,!!
I use to work at the one in parties before all this computer charts and before all the all in one machine vitals and the difference in care I feel is unacceptable, it's in and our fast those no time spent I'm sure patient feels rushed not listen to and to try to get an appt those wait time are ridiculous I could be dead by the time someone helps me with a Damm appt!!! Cmon uhc all these new clinics I'm sure you can do better!!
