**First Time Visit - Exceptional Experience!** I decided to walk into this salon for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience. They took me in right away! The tech did my pedicure, and she was incredibly sweet, engaging me in a wonderful conversation. As I relaxed in the massage chair, she asked if I would like a complimentary water or soda--a first for me at any nail salon! I opted for water and then selected my color from a wide variety of options. What I also appreciated was how transparent the pricing was. So I went in for my first time, I had to have my big toe nail removed a month back due to an injury, so I was embarrassed about it. It didn’t help that almost every employee came up while the guy was doing my nails and looked at my toe. They pointed and spoke in their language about it to each other and I felt even more embarrassed. I was looking at their faces and some even kind of laughed about it, it seemed. Because the way they made me feel I will not go back to them. I wish they had more respect for my feelings.
