Excellent service. Very reasonable prices. Nice people. We have two AC/heater units and one of them was having problems. They serviced both units and replaced the condenser on one. Two people spent a lot of time. I highly recommend them.

Our AC started to blow hot air in the evening. Checked out Facebook for recommendations and Arrow Appliance was mentioned more than once and decided to call them first thing in the morning. He came out a few hours later, was able to diagnose the problem with our unit fast and luckily had the part on hand. Appreciated his professionalism and rapid response without breaking the bank. Will definitely use again in the future.
