I had my first haircut in quite a while with Ophelia at Ulta, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She did an amazing job and gave me exactly the haircut I was hoping for. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable and understood what she was doing along the way.

I’ve stepped into 4 Ulta Beauty stores in the past 6 years across the country and overall they are fantastic!
Today was the first time in 4 years I walked into an Ulta store to buy makeup because for these last few years I have gone makeup free.
Not only was I helped, I felt cared for. I asked for assistance with choosing new makeup and I was directed to Juliette. She made me feel like I was the only person in the store, she took her time, and gave me her honest advice. The event went so well, I completely forgot I wanted to buy a new shade of lip liner and lip gloss. The same day, I ended up going to two other stores in the area. Went to Fabiola for eyebrow wax and she is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly nice sweet and her work is amazing! I noticed a difference and felt a lot lighter i highly recommend her she is awesome!
