I landed in beautiful Monterey to find out my luggage had been lost. This was the first time I didn’t pack my glasses and contacts in my carry on. Luckily Princess at the local target optical center was able to look up my prescription and set me up with a couple samples. Thank you! Very professional and sweet. Saved my vacation!

I booked the same day and was so surprised with tely optometry. I had no idea what it was as the women there explained it to me and were able to walk me thru the entire experience. I would definitely recommend to others especially those who have never tried it out before! Thank you again Princess and Teresa for all your help you guys are amazing!!!

Great customer service! The lady’s are super nice and helpful! Princess is the lady who helped me and she was super caring and patient! I got my glasses faster than the expected day and they even hooked me up with complimentary contacts until my glasses came in! 10/10 recommend
