Had a great experience with new carpet from Floor Store, from the support we received when we first walked into the store, the ordering process was seamless, the carpet came in even a little earlier than we had been told it would, and then the installation was done extremely thoughtfully and well. I love my new carpet and had a great experience with the Floor Store crew.
The Floor Store in Sand City has done several projects for us on our home. The latest was a small bathroom remodel. They were once again great to work with from start with Amanda, to installation by James and administration by Ray. I recommend them highly
Our recent experience with the Flooring America store was excellent. From the support we got in the showroom to select our floor materials, the home visit to assess our needs with Amanda, and the installation by James. I couldn't be happier to get rid of our old carpet and wood floor and replace it with a gorgeous newly engineered floor. It pulled our front room and kitchen together. Thank you for a job well done!
