I have been in various dojos over the years. This is one of the most authentic places .. definitely recommend it if you are looking for real training of martial arts and a great work out.

This is a long over due review. Our 5 yr old son attended this dojo for a year (4 days/week) and we would’ve definitely kept attending if we didn’t move out of the area. As parents, we loved that not only did they teach self-control and confidence, but that it was a non-competitive and safe space. My son learned a lot and misses it dearly. He said his most favorite part was at the end of each session, Sensei Will would tell a karate story with a moral ending. My son also loved attending the kid-fun Wed class with Sensei Spencer. This has been the best thing ever for our child. The positive, supportive, and professional environment has been transformational for him and he loves practicing there. We are so thankful for the life skills of focus and self discipline that he is learning there. Best part of every day!
