These folks did a beautiful installing our new carpet. The design showroom was helpful & patient while I picked out our carpeting, and the install team was on time, clean, accommodating, and very easy to work with. We couldn't be happier.

Big thanks to Steve at Rafael Floors!Due to a pipe burst flood in June, we have had no flooringin our house for three months. Not ideal with a wife and toddler...Our dawdling insurance company was unableto help us with a flooring Vendor (frustrating!)Finally, I stopped in to Rafael Floors with my wife. Shout out and big thank you to the owner, STEVE VILLA at Rafael Floors.Due to a pipe burst in June, we have been without flooringfor the past three months.Our insurance company was unable or unwilling to provide a flooring company to complete the repairsFinally, I visited Rafael Floors with my wife.We were able to make our selection, confirm availability, order the flooringand in less than a week our flooring was installed and we have our house back!The professionalism we experienced at this company was a breath of fresh air after dealing with insurance for three months.The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were fast, friendly, clean, efficient and on time.Thank you again for Rafael Floors...
