They are the sweetest and kindest ppl I ever dealt with! Our water heater didn't have permit from the city of SR, and we have the city inspect the water heater. We were cited for corrections! We called this company to rectify our citation, and we got to interact with Carol. She was understanding and helpful. She told me to email the citation and she would try to have her tech come out and fix the issue! It didn't take long to have a tech from Pedro come out and fix the issue. Our citation is resolved and we are grateful for your service!

When you have a clogged drain it's detrimental to cooking/washing - super imporant life stuff. Fermenia came over within a half hour of calling! The nicest plumber helped so fast. He was able to check on another drain that was draining slow. He was so nice and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - hopefully not too soon though :)

Pedro Femenia & Sons has done excellent work for us in Sausalito for years. Most recently, we had a problem with a water heater at a rental property. The tenants had been without hot water for 3 days through the Christmas weekend. It was urgent. When I called early morning on the first business day, Pedro Famenia and staff were polite and very responsive. Despite being understaffed that day, they found a way to send help within hours, kept me informed and then fixed the issue same day. Plumbing heros! Strongly recommend.
