I made an appointment with Patriot to look at my heating/cooling system at my house in Marin. The system blew air, but it was not very hot or cold when it should have been. Although it took a week to get them to my house, when the technician came, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They system was low on refrigerant and he added some. I was charged for 2 hours of time and the cost of a pound of refrigerant, which I think is very reasonable. Unfortunately some other companies would have recommended a whole new heating/ac system even though only a simple fix was needed. I commend Patriot for their honesty and reasonable fees.
Our heat went out and Laura in scheduling had technician Alex out here in 1/2 hour! Had us up and running within the hour. I have spoken with Laura a few times now. She is wonderful - a positive attitude and very efficient. Alex the technician was very sharp. Our system is a bit complicated and he was able to analyze the situation and figure out just the right thing to do. Highly recommend this company.
