Ali was very helpful guiding us thru the process of choosing a shower door. With his help and guidance we were able to make the right choices about the width and color of the glass, the correct hinges and size of the door as well as the handle choices...he took care of each detail. The installation team did a fantastic job and placed the door to allow as much room inside the shower as possible. We couldn't be happier...Ali and North Star Glass and Windows exceeded expectations.

Ali was very helpful in replacing my tempered glass custom sized shower door. North Star was the only glass company in San Rafael that was willing to work with me on this replacement.

Saw this place while driving back from Home Depot and dropped in to get a quote for a glass shower enclosure. We weren't sure at this point if we wanted framed (most affordable), semi-frameless, or frameless (most beautiful, but also the most $$). Ali was courteous and helpful, explaining all the options (many of which I hadn't heard of from other companies I'd talked to), and emailing me a quote promptly.
