Ali was very helpful guiding us thru the process of choosing a shower door. With his help and guidance we were able to make the right choices about the width and color of the glass, the correct hinges and size of the door as well as the handle choices...he took care of each detail. The installation team did a fantastic job and placed the door to allow as much room inside the shower as possible. We couldn't be happier...Ali and North Star Glass and Windows exceeded expectations.

Saw this place while driving back from Home Depot and dropped in to get a quote for a glass shower enclosure. We weren't sure at this point if we wanted framed (most affordable), semi-frameless, or frameless (most beautiful, but also the most $$). Ali was courteous and helpful, explaining all the options (many of which I hadn't heard of from other companies I'd talked to), and emailing me a quote promptly. He continued being polite, informative, and prompt, through the next 3 quotes I asked him for (we kept changing our minds about various features) and in fact never once was anything but efficient and professional. I'd glanced at the overall Yelp stars initially and was reassured that North Star's rating was 3 stars. Just before downpayment time, I looked more closely, sorting the ratings by date, and gulped at the terrible reviews. Was this going to turn into a nightmare of delays, headaches, and money down the drain? I mentioned my concerns to Ali. His response was what I'd expect from any responsible professional. I put my money down. His guys who measured and installed the enclosure were also efficient and polite. The enclosure arrived on time (a little ahead of schedule, actually). My general contractor gave the enclosure and its installation two thumbs up. No leaks or indeed anything at all to complain about. I happily paid the balance. In summary: Ali gave us a smooth, headache-free experience, and a beautiful frameless, low iron, Starphire glass shower enclosure for a great price.
