NC Roofing Solution Inc . San Rafael

If a ten-star review were a thing, NC Roofing scores an eleven! We interviewed three companies for a 3,300 sq. ft. composite tear-off and installation, and Ariel Almog stood out immediately. He is soft-spoken, low-pressure, and incredibly knowledgeable.

The Ultimate Advocate: Ariel informed us we might be eligible for reimbursement because our original roof failed prematurely. He took it upon himself to research our existing shingles, reached out to the distributor, and guided us through the entire warranty claim process. Because of his professional assessment and diligence, the manufacturer compensated us for the defective shingles! I never would

They are Diamond Certified. They came as soon as they were available, which was quite fast. Gave clear explanations of the scope of the work, what they would do and how the work would be done. Ariel kept in communication with me during the whole project and after. Workers were efficient, professional, thorough and also explained what they were doing. Very positive experience. This is a concrete tile roof and can be challenging, but they did the work as offered and solved the problem.

Shahar was prompt, punctual and professional. We developed a roof leak right after Xmas during this past storm. He came out on Friday when most roof companies were closed. He set up a date the day the rain stopped. The crew was early and efficient. They knew what they were doing and explained every step. I would highly recommend this company and the crew.
