Disclaimer: I've had a manicure no more than 3x lifetime I was able to pick up the phone and make an appointment for the same day. Even better Susan called me back and said I could come in a bit earlier if I wanted to. Came for a mani and got the combo since I had time. Susan was nice and made me feel very welcome since I don't do this sort of thing often. I got brave and matched colors with Susan. She seemed pretty excited about my decision making me feel even more comfortable. Overall Susan and her partner that cuts hair are endearing, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I'll be back next time I decide to pamper myself.

Susan is so kind and so skilled. She fit me in for a last minute appointment day of, and I am so pleased with the the results! Susan checked in with me at every step to make sure I liked how my nails looked. She was gentle with my hands too which I really appreciated. I can't recommend Susan enough, she is wonderful!
