Montecito Cleaners is a family-run business and a great one at that. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. I’ve gotten multiple clothing alterations done and they always turn out perfect and maintain their stitching over time. I use their dry cleaning service quite often and I’m never disappointed. I can not say enough wonderful things about this dry cleaners. Such nice owners and staff that truly care about their customers. Even though I moved from Corte Madera to the city, I still chose to bring my clothes to Alicia and Soon (so?) every two weeks and look forward to catching up with them regularly! Highly recommend!
I don't get all the 1-star reviews about the staff here being rude, I've never had anything but very polite interactions with everyone. I'm writing an update because they continue to provide a great service, the prices are reasonable, the clothes always come back clean. They'll also take back your used hangers and you can ask them to remove plastic when you pick-up so they can re-use those as well - appreciate the green efforts. Furthermore, I've always appreciated that when there is something they can't clean or they know it will be something that likely cannot come out, they're upfront about it, or they'll let me know, you're better off hand-washing this or spot cleaning that, etc. Still my go to spot for all things cleaning and minor repairs!
