I'm 69-yrs old, but especially fit for my age--judging from the condition of most of my pals :-/ Been here 4 or 5 times, for different reasons, and staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of each other, which indicates decent morale. Parking is easy; I've usually gotten street parking out front.

I come to the pharmacy here because it's conveniently located about two blocks from work. I haven't ever had any actual problems but often the line is pretty long which is a bummer, which is why I'm deducting a star. Parking can be a pain but usually OK. I really should just walk here from work but why did I buy a car if I don't intend to use it? ;) Staff here are friendly and efficient, so no complaints there. I think they just need to hire another pharmacy employee.

This is a review for the pharmacy at San Rafael Downtown Kaiser medical offices. I had to pickup someone's meds at around 4pm. I was only the 2nd person in line, so I expected a quick visit. Instead, I waited nearly 10 minutes because another patient wasn't happy he couldn't get his prescription filled. I guess they should of opened another window. When I finally got to the counter, the Pharmacy tech was very professional. I got done in 2 minutes! But when I got outside, the line to enter the building was down the sidewalk! Covid-19 screening at the door, sanitizing, and social distancing.
