I called John OwensServices because our furnace stopped working and needed repair. We were given an appointment for the next morning. Chris Ostrom-Juvencio managed to get to our residence although it was storming. Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He was methodical in his process to determine what was wrong, was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He got the furnace running after replacing the damaged, old part (furnace is 23 years old). He provided us with great service and we would highly recommend him to our friends. Thank you Chris!
